Join KCFMC & Killer Cars for some fake staches & live music at Swagger – 8431 Wornall Rd from 8:30pm -11:30pm , Saturday March 27th. Hello & Thanks to our new KCFMC members – Matt Jones AND Carol Catherine Gray They kindly made friends with some KCFMC feathered friends while they were on tour, and sported fake staches during their brief visit to Kansas City. Simon the bird found Matt’s shoulder very comfortable. While Merlin (the crazy green parrot with a fondness for patriotic songs & show tunes) found a new best friend & duet partner in Carol. Continue reading MATT JONES tour stops by Stachecast Studios KCFMC road-tripped to Lawrence to catch four bands at the Replay and Jackpot Saloon. Thank you to Tim from Mimicking Birds for sporting a KCFMC stache after their set. Thank you again Blind Pilot, who did not disappoint. And Laura Veirs entranced us with beautiful harmonies, & soothing sounds. Cher UK finished off the night at the Replay, helping us bring back musical memories from 1991 & then some.  A/J from Saint Motel  Saint Motel show at The Czar Bar Thank you to SAINT MOTEL, and all of the lovely people at the Czar Bar who either made this show happen, or had the good sense to attend. What an amazing opportunity to catch a fantastic band in the perfect venue. It was a once in a lifetime chance to experience what we saw & heard last night. SAINT MOTEL will be gracing the lovely confines of one of KCFMC’s fave spots to catch live music TONIGHT (Tuesday October 27th). http://www.myspace.com/saintmotel Join us at the Czar Bar -1531 Grand Saint Motel starts at 8:00pm. Head over to the Record Bar tomorrow night 9/26/09 for the first live performance of a Mustache Club Theme Song: Ray Gay Stache by Minds Under Cover. Rollie and Sexy Stache will bring some fake mustaches for anyone who would like to wear one. Primary Oval Hoof’s project: Minds Under Cover will be playing around 10.
